Access Centre In Action
Access Centre: Future Services

Forthcoming developments for Access Centre enquiries

The Access Centre is currently developing its service offerings to enable enquiries to be handled for the following services:

  • Abandoned Vehicles

  • Transport Co-ordination Centre Phase 2

  • Glasgow Taxi MOT Bookings

These services will be handled in the same fashion as previous services, keeping contact with the host departments only when more specialised skills or knowledge are required, whilst striving to make the service as efficient and customer orientated as possible.

The Access Centre is located in the Tradeston area of the City. The office has been designed to be bright, modern and open plan, providing a comfortable working area conducive to maintaining the appropriate level of quality to the thousands of people who will contact the centre each day through varying media types.

The centre is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, thereby increasing access to services for the citizens of Glasgow via its team of fully trained advisors who will be happy to deal with your enquiry.  As the services handled grow, so too will the number of staff within the Access Centre.

It is already clear that the Access Centre is an extremely valuable resource for the citizens of Glasgow, and will continue to grow and flourish in the future.
