The Community Relations Unit (CRU), which is part of Development and Regeneration Services, offers assistance and advice to residents, who feel their quality of life is being affected by Anti-Social Behaviour. Glasgow City Council now offers a 24-hour service to anyone affected.

The Access Centre provides an out-of-hours answering service on behalf of the Community Relations Unit.
