All calls relating to the service provided by Clean Glasgow are now answered by Customer Service Advisers within the Access Centre. The transfer of call handling to the Access Centre is part of the drive by Glasgow City Council to provide a robust and efficient service to the residents of Glasgow.
The Access Centre advisors gather all the necessary information required to action the report or request, then pass the information to the relevant EPS Clean Glasgow depot. The depot staff then assume responsibility for actioning the request.
The Clean Glasgow campaign has been set up to receive reports of Fly Tipping, Fly Posting and to raise requests for de-littering. The services provided are part of Glasgow City Council’s pledge to provide a cleaner environment for it’s residents. Glasgow City Council has been able to achieve this through the introduction of the Dirtbusters Initiative.
