All calls relating to the service provided by LES Pest Control are now answered by Customer Service Advisers within the Access Centre. The transfer of call handling to the Access Centre is part of the drive by Glasgow City Council to provide a robust and efficient service to the residents of Glasgow.

LES Pest control offers a free rodent control service to residents and a limited range of other Pest Control services. The Customer Service Advisers are trained to deal with general enquiries relating to a wide range of pest control issues. The advisers can also arrange visits to homes or commercial premises by skilled Pest Control officers.  If the request requires more specific advice, the Access Centre Adviser can liaise with Pest Control to acquire the most accurate and up-to-date information or alternatively organise a callback at your convenience.
