All calls relating to Sales and Credit Control are now answered by Customer Service Advisers within the Access Centre. The transfer of call handling to the Access Centre is part of the drive by Glasgow City Council to provide a robust and efficient service to the residents of Glasgow.
The purpose of the Sales and Credit Control enquiry line is to provide a single point of contact for enquiries relating to invoices or payments for chargeable council services. This service is provided in conjunction with Glasgow City Council's Shared Service Centre which allows the Access Centre agents to track the status of all accounts and provide updates to citizens.
Calls relating to Sales and Credit Control are answered from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
