Welfare Rights Appeals
Our Welfare Rights Officers can represent Glasgow residents at appeal tribunals. Last year we represented 4,217 appeals and secured or protected over £7m for residents of Glasgow. If you would like to have a welfare rights officer represent you at a tribunal you will need to arrange this in advance. You can do this by filling in details of a representative on your letter of appeal or afterwards by filling in a mandate form.
We are only able to offer representation to residents of Glasgow. If you live outwith Glasgow you will need to contact your local welfare rights team or advice centre.
