Remember - To qualify for discounted payment, you must make sure that the council receives payment within 14 days.
  • Online
    • You can pay online using all types of major debit/credit cards - Online Payments
  • By Telephone
    • Credit/Debit card payments can be made on 0141 287 3800
    • Callers can make payment by Credit or Debit Card using our Automated Payment Facility, 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week

  • By Post
    • complete the payment slip on the back of your Penalty Charge Notice and send it with your payment to:

      G1 1ZE
    • all cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to “Glasgow City Council”
    • please write your Penalty Charge Notice Number on the back of your cheque (this can be found at the top of the notice and begins with “GN”)
