Payment Methods

 

Remember - To qualify for discounted payment, you must make sure that the council receives payment within 14 days.
  • Online
    • You can pay online using all types of major debit/credit cards - Online Payments

  • By Post
    • complete the payment slip on the back of your Penalty Charge Notice and send it with your payment to:

      PO Box 25068
      Glasgow
      G1 1ZE
    • all cheques and Postal Orders should be made payable to “Glasgow City Council”
    • please write your Penalty Charge Notice Number on the back of your cheque (this can be found at the top of the notice and begins with “GN”)
    • postal Credit/ Debit card payments, please complete the relevant details on the payment slip on the reverse of your Penalty Charge Notice


  • By Telephone
    • Credit/ Debit card payments can be made on 0141 287 3800 during the hours shown below
    • Monday – Thursday: 9.00am - 4.00pm
      Friday: 9.00am - 3.30pm
  • In Person

    • Payment can be made at the Parking Shop at 46 Albion Street Glasgow between the following times:
    • Monday – Thursday: 9.00am – 4.00pm
      Friday: 9.00am – 3.30pm
