The Blue Badge Scheme
The blue badge scheme is designed to give registered blind and disabled people the opportunity to park close to amenities.

Parking Restrictions
Parking restrictions are implemented to ensure the free movement of traffic throughout the city. The restrictions are usually aimed at resolving problems of congestion on busy roads. Restrictions can be applied at any time.
Some restrictions are outlined below:
