Glasgow's Evening Visitor Service aims to provide a service that meets the highest possible standards. If you use the service to Glasgow's hospitals we are committed to ensure that:

  • All vehicles will be fully accessible and maintained to the highest possible standards.
  • We will make sure you arrive at your destination on time.
  • All staff will be courteous and treat you with respect.

If this service falls below these standards we want to know. Every vehicle will have information on how to suggest improvements or make a complaint.

Further Information
Although we aim to provide a service to all of Glasgow's hospitals, Community Transport Glasgow reserve the right to amend the eligibility criteria and limit use to ensure fair and equitable access to the service. This may include restrictions on distance, hospitals visited and number of passengers.

Any changes to the eligibility criteria will be made clear at the time of booking.
