Kilmarnock Road/Riverford Road/Newlands Road Junction (Ward 2)

Dates: Works will commence on Wednesday 2nd July 2008 and the estimated completion is by Monday 14th July 2008.
Diversions: Not applicable.
Description: Major gas main renewal works will require each road to be reduced to one lane through the junction and the permanent traffic signals will be replaced by temporary 4-way signals which will be manned during the day to allow pedestrians to cross. This will cause considerable delays and drivers are asked to avoid this junction if possible.
