If you wish to enrol your child in a Glasgow City Council Early Years establishment, please request an application form from the following sources:

• the Early Years establishment 
• Education headquarters (details below)
• download the Application/Enrolment Form (308k pdf)
  

Once complete, please post it to the Early Years Establishment which you are applying for.
