The referrer must obtain permission of parents before referring to Pre-SCAT.

What does Pre-SCAT offer?
Pre-SCAT offers a single door route of referral for children with Additional Support Needs to educational resources such as the Psychological Service and the Pre-School Home Visiting Service.

Where appropriate Pre-SCAT will make referrals to Health or Social Work.  As this is a multi-disciplinary group, information is shared by core members.
