Out of school and after school care

Out of School Care Services offer care for school-age children before and after school until their parents collect them.  Some Out of School Care Services offer daycare during school holiday periods and in-service days.

Most children attending out of school clubs are aged between 5 and 11. Some clubs provide places for three and four year olds to fit around nursery or pre-school education. Some services provide places geared for older children aged 10-14.
