Registration of Infant Beginners in Primary Schools, Session 2008/2009

 

Children who attain the age of 5 years between 1 March 2008 and 28 February 2009 should register for education during the week commencing Monday 14 January 2008

 

 

Parents should take their children to the appropriate local primary school during that week and should check the day(s), time(s) of enrolment with the school concerned. Birth certificates must be produced, together with proof of residence (e.g. utility bill or child tax credit form). Parents may opt to place their child in Gaelic Medium Education. If you intend making a placing request for your child to attend a school other than the local school, you should still register your child at the local school.
