The Road Safety team at Glasgow City Council can advise individuals and businesses in all aspects of driver education.

Driver Assessments
Have your driving assessed by a Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor.
When was the last time you had any professional driver training?
If, like most of us the answer is. 'Not since passing my test' you can have your driving assessed by a Driving Standards Agency Approved Driving Instructor.
The Road Safety Unit is working in partnership with local driving instructors to offer 3 different courses aimed at all road users, the elderly road user and the business user. Charges vary for these courses. which are designed to be enjoyable and practical, building on existing skills and giving advice on your driving technique.
The assessment can be arranged from your home or work address at a time to suit you, using a fully equipped driving school vehicle.
At the end of the assessment a comprehensive report is issued.

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) has produced the Company Vehicle Speed Code to help organisations develop road safety policies.
Road Safety Display materials, which can be used at a variety of events, are available to community groups or organisations on a ‘free’ loan basis.
