 Quality Improvement Fund,
 administered by the Scottish
 Library and Information Council


 

Glasgow 's libraries offer a wide range of books, videos and DVDs for young people of all ages, from board books for babies to graphic novels for teenagers.

Computers with free Internet access are also available for young people to use.
