Old Possum's Book Practical Cats

T.S. Eliot

'The Naming of Cats is a difficult matter, It isn't just one of your holiday games....

Okay , this is an oldie – published in 1939 and certainly one for confident readers.
Moggie lovers will enjoy these 15 poems about all sorts of curious cats, and T. S. Eliot wrote them for his godchildren. My favourite is 'Macavity the mystery cat' ...what's yours?

Andrew Lyod Webber loved this book so much it inspired him to create his hit musical: ‘Cats’.

T.S. Elliot wrote lots of poems and was a very famous man indeed.
