  • Housing Benefit
  • Disability Working Allowances
  • War Disablement Pension
  • Council Tax Benefit
  • Working Tax Credit (previously Working Families Tax Credit (WFTC))
  • Disability Living Allowance
  • Young Scot Card holders
  • Glasgow Kidz Card holders

Young people up to 15 years, 16-17 year olds not in full-time employment and persons over 60 years are entitled to concessionary charges.

 

Proof of eligibility must be shown:

  • letter from Benefits Agency/Inland Revenue for Disability Living Allowance/WFTC & DPTC
  • Skill Seekers Identification Card
  • parent's Child Benefit Book
  • proof of current attendance at school
  • personal identification
  • Glasgow Young Scot card

Inter-library Loans

 

There will be a charge of £4.40 for any item requested throught the inter-library loan scheme. 

 

 

Reservations

Reservations are free if there are copies of the item requested available at the time of the enquiry. The inter-library loan charge is in addition to any reservation charge.  Mitchell Library stock cannot be reserved.
