Bus  

First Bus 5 St Enoch Square – Castlemilk

First Bus 34 Govan – Castlemilk

First Bus 44 Anniesland – Eaglesham

First Bus 44a Knightswood - Crookfur

First Bus 66 Clydebank – East Kilbride

First Bus 134 Govan - Castlemilk  

 

Car

From the City Centre follow Union Street, Jamaica Street, cross Jamaica Bridge onto Eglinton Street. This becomes Pollokshaws Road. Keep on past Queen’s Park, and  turn left at the corner of the park up Langside Ave. At the top of the hill take the second exit at the roundabout, and go down the hill. The library is at the foot on the right opposite the Victoria Infirmary.

 

From the West take the Clydeside Expressway and follow signs for the Kingston Bridge. Keep to the left lane and take the first exit. This brings you into West Street and immediately turn right into Wallace Street. Continue until you see Bridge Street Underground and turn right at the lights into Eglinton  Street. Now continue as directions above.  

 

                                                            

Disabled Access 

Disabled access is from the rear of the building. There is a bell to the right hand side of the door to alert staff when customers need access. The building is all on one level although there are stairs at the front entrance to the building.  New parking restrictions are now in place:double yellow lines outside the library and parking meters on the opposite side of the road.
