Robert Burns
Date:  Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th January
Event: Burns 'an his Land
Location: Couper Institute, Cathcart Road

You are invited to an illustrated talk on Robert Burns and the natural history he celebrated in his work.  There will be readings of some of his finest poems and an interlude of live music.  Each poem will be illustrated and interpreted, looking at the wildlife of the countryside Burns was part of. Two afternoons of Burns with a difference – there’ll be no haggis an’ neeps, but there may be “a bonnie o’ gowdspink”!
