Built between 1859 and 1861 to carry the twin tracks of the Dalmarnock Branch line over the Clyde. Only the piers of the bridge remain.The bridge was a seven span structure supported on concrete filled cast iron cylinders.
The three river spans were of bowstring construction, whilst the four land spans were of plate web construction. Only the piers of the bridge remain.
