The Glasgow Show 2011

 

This year's event will take place at Glasgow Green on Saturday 30th July and Sunday 31st July 2011.  Gates open 11.30am with programme running between 12pm - 5.30pm 

 

An exhilarating weekend of amazing entertainment and exciting activities. With live music, extreme sports, dance performances, street theatre, countryside activities, children’s funfair rides and a main arena filled with international acts it’s the place to be this summer!

Glasgow Show Parade

 

Join the Glasgow Show Parade on Saturday as it leaves George Square at 11.30am and arives at 12.00pm in Glasgow Green to formally open the Show.  

 

The Parade is led by the Lord Provost and includes vintage buses, dancers, horse and dray, pipe bands, belly dancers, clowns, street theatre, Real Radio’s Barry the Bassett, Rock Radio's Tom Russell and much more.
