Each Personal Training session consists of an hour with one of our qualified fitness professionals who will guide and coach you reach your health and fitness goals, whether that be weight loss, improving muscle tone, increasing muscle mass, rehabilitation or simply improving your motivation to exercise.
Personal Training is available to everyone, even if you're not a Glasgow Club member and will ensure that you and your trainer can work together to develop a bespoke training programme that will meet your needs directly.
Book your personal training session now with our qualified 'REPS Level 3' gym instructors. 'One-to-one' sessions are available or if you prefer, you and a friend can share personal training with our 'Buddy Sessions'.
