Housing Alterations

Do you propose to add an extension or conservatory to  your house, convert the loft , or erect a garage, wall or fence?  Then it is likely that you will need permission in the form of a Building Warrant.

Have you carried out unauthorised work and are  selling your house? You may need a 'Letter of Comfort'.
