Have you carried out unauthorised work and are  selling your house? You may need a 'Letter of Comfort'.

The Building (Scotland) Act 2003 came into force on 1st May 2005. This site is being updated on a regular basis with regard to the 2003 Act. Guidance Notes/Application forms that have not been updated have the suffix '59 Act' added to the link.
