In addition to getting advice on Housing and Council Tax Benefit, you can now contact any of the offices listed to access Council Tax services such as payment arrangements, setting up direct debits, change of address or applying for discount / exemption.
Please note: At this time, ONLY our temporary office at 46 Albion Street offers a payment facility but you may experience longer waiting times by choosing this method of payment.
