Particular Needs Homes

Particular Needs housing

If you have a disability that means your housing has to fulfil certain requirements, it may take longer for you to find an appropriate property to buy.

If you require a property that fulfils specific access needs, you may find that the Accessible Property Register is useful. However, there are generally only limited listings for Glasgow on this site.

It may also be useful to bear in mind that there are grants available for adaptations to properties to suit the needs of residents with disabilities.
