• care and repair service - for people who are 60 or over and own their home, this service can help with organising and financing building work and repairs
• repairs to new builds - information and advice to those in new build properties

• common repairs and factoring service

• handyperson service - for people who are 60 or over or who have a disability, and who either own their own home or live in private rented accommodation. This free service can undertake small jobs for you in your home such as the fitting of security devices, curtain rails/poles, shelves, tap washers, changing light bulbs etc.
