What do I do if I want to cancel my purchase?
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provides the right to cancel an order within seven working days beginning the day after the goods have been received.

If you wish to cancel your order after you have received it, you must contact us on 0141 287 8927 or email us at glasgowmuseumsretail@csglasgow.org and we will give you instructions on how to repack the goods.

What do I do if I want to return my purchase?
Any returns have to be within 30 days, and goods must be undamaged and in the original packaging. We recommend that the goods be returned by recorded delivery so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.
For hygiene reasons, we regret that earrings for pierced ears are not returnable.

The goods should be returned to us before we can give a refund. We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless they are posted by Recorded Delivery.
Are the museum shops open all year?
The majority of museums are open seven days per week throughout the year. All museums are closed on 25, 26 December (with early closing on 24 December) and 1, 2 January (with early closing on 31 December).
What are the opening times of the museums?
In general our opening times are Monday to Thursday and Saturday 10am to 5pm, Friday and Sunday 11am to 5pm. The Gallery of Modern Art is open until 8pm on Thursdays.
