To browse products, click on any of the images displayed on the home page.
You can also click on the words ‘All Products’, and all products will be displayed under relevant headings, for example ‘Books’. Products grouped under each heading can be accessed by clicking on the text on the heading tab.
Search function
You can search by product name, key words or the product code. When searching, you must enter the search term then click on the word ‘Search’. Do NOT press the return key on your keyboard to do a search as this will not work.
Making a purchase
To make a purchase, click on the item you want to buy, enter the quantity and click the add to basket button to place the item in your basket. The items can be reviewed or changed up to the point of payment.
Once you have finished shopping, click on shopping basket and then checkout.
You will then be asked to complete your contact, delivery and payment details to enable us to fulfill your order.
Please note: For security purposes, your initial delivery address must match the details held by your card provider.
We will notify you by email to confirm the successful completion of your order.
Please note: spam settings on certain email accounts may reject our confirmation email. In most systems you can overcome this by adding our email address to your contact list glasgowmuseumsretail@csglasgow.org.
How to change font size and contrast on this website
This website is designed to be as accessible as possible. It gives you the ability to change the size of text and the colour of the text and background.
On the top of our website there are six icons using the letter 'a' 
.
If you hover over the icons with your cursor, you will see 'alt tags' that tell you what each button does. From left to right, they are:
- Small Text Size, High Contrast
- Medium Text Size, High Contrast
- Large Text Size, High Contrast
- Large Text Size
- Medium Text Size
- Small Text Size
The 'high contrast' buttons turn the screen background black and the text colour to yellow, and remove the images from the site. The text size buttons alter the text size only. These functions allow a range of accessibility options.
Changing font size by using your browser settings
You can also change text size through your browser functions.
In Internet Explorer, you do this by clicking on the 'View' menu in the browser tool bar, select 'Text Size', then you can choose either: 'Large'; 'Larger'; 'Medium'; 'Smaller'; 'Smallest'.
In Netscape Navigator, go to the 'View' menu in the browser tool bar, select 'Increase Font' or 'Decrease Font' until the text is set to the size you prefer.
