If you wish to place an order on this website, you will be asked to register personal information. In doing so, you agree that the information you have provided is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.
Credit/debit card authorization involves a check by your card provider to ensure the details you have used to register with us match the secure details held by the card provider.
For security purposes, your initial delivery address must match the details held by your card provider.
Data protection
The Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA) regulates the processing of personal data – that is, information about and relating to living identifiable individuals.
As a Data Controller, Culture and Sport Glasgow is obliged to ensure that all processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with this legislation.
These obligations are met by compliance with the eight data protection principles laid down in the DPA, and ensuring that all processing is notified to the Information Commissioner.
