We take all reasonable care to ensure that the descriptions and prices of the products appearing on this website are correct at the time you place your order.
Although we aim to keep the information on this website up to date, product descriptions and prices may not always be accurate at the moment you place your order.
Prices
Prices are in Pounds (£) Sterling, and include tax if applicable. VAT (Value Added Tax) is only applicable to countries within the European Union.

Cancellation and refund policy
You must contact us before you return an item to us.
If an item is faulty or does not arrive in the condition you expect, please contact us and we will tell you how to return it to us.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any other reason, you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Upon safe receipt of the package, we will arrange a refund.
For a full description of your consumer rights under UK law, please visit the Office of Fair Trading website at www.oft.gov.uk.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions.
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up to seven days after receipt of your goods. If you wish to cancel your order after receipt, you must contact us on 0141 287 8927 or email us at glasgowmuseumsretail@csglasgow.org and we will give you instructions on how to repack the goods.
Goods are easily damaged and must be returned to us in good condition and at your expense. If they are carefully repacked there is no reason why they should get damaged, and we will be happy to refund the purchase price in full on receipt of the returned items.
When returning items to us, you should insure them against loss or damage as proof of postage cannot be accepted as proof of receipt.
For hygiene reasons, we regret that earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned.
