Terms and Conditions – submitting a review
1. Reviews must be submitted by individual card holders. Points can only be credited to an individual’s Glasgow Young Scot Card or Kidz card. No group cards or other Young Scot cards are eligible for the scheme.

3. All card holders submitting reviews must provide the following with their review;
- THEIR FULL NAME
- CARD NUMBER
- DETAIL THE TOPIC/SERVICE THEY ARE REVIEWING
- If this info is not provided the relevant points will NOT be credited to the individual’s card.
4. Reviews can be submitted for any topic/service where the Points For Views icon is displayed.
5. By submitting a review you are providing consent for your review to be published via Culture and Sport Glasgow marketing materials.
6. Culture and Sport Glasgow facilities reserves the right to edit reviews as necessary for marketing purposes.
7. Any reviews with a points value greater than 20 points must include a relevant photograph in support of their review.
8. Kidz Card holders reviews (between 5-15 points) must be a minimum of 50 words and Glasgow Young Scot Card holders reviews (between 5-15 points) must be a minimum of 75 words.
9. Kidz Card holders reviews (over 20 points) must be a minimum of 100 words. Glasgow Young Scot Card holders reviews (over 20 points) must be a minimum of 125 words.
10. All diary reviews displaying (min 3 months - max 6 months) require the card holder to be involved in that activity for a minimum period of 3 months to a maximum of 6 months.
11. To redeem your points, please indicate to the receptionist(at any Culture and Sport Glasgow leisure facility) what reward you would like to redeem your points for. Some items will be available to be redeemed at the centre, however, for some items you will be provided with a voucher which will allow you to visit the GYSC/KC office to collect your reward.
12. Each month the card holder who has earned the most points will win a bike or a alternative prize(subject to availability). In the event that two or more card holders have the same number of points, they will be entered into a prize draw.
13. All points must be redeemed by 31 Dec each year. Your points total will be displayed at the bottom of your till receipt (issued by Culture and Sport Glasgow leisure facilities). All card holders points will revert to 0 on 1 Jan 2009 and every 1st Jan thereafter.
14. All rewards are subject to availability. If unavailable you will be provided with a timescale within which your reward will be provided or you will be offered an alternative reward of similar point value.
15. We can take any action we consider appropriate if we have reason to believe that the scheme is being abused, including withholding points previously credited to your account.
16. Culture and Sport Glasgow may withdraw the scheme at any time and we may change the terms and conditions of the scheme. We will notify of any changes to the scheme.
