Glasgow Kidz Card used to be part of Cultural and Leisure Services within Glasgow City Council; this meant that it was Glasgow City Council that held all the data you provided when you applied for your Kidz Card.
Now Cultural and Leisure Services have become Culture and Sport Glasgow and Culture and Sport Glasgow (Trading) CIC. Therefore it will be these new companies that will now hold your data in order to ensure you continue to get all the services you require from your Glasgow Kidz Card.
You are not required to do anything; your data will continue to be exchanged by the Council and Culture and Sport Glasgow and Culture and Sport Glasgow (Trading) CIC as is required or permitted by law and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
