Customer Involvement

 

Integral to the policy planning and service delivery processes, is the process of consulting our customers on what they expect of us.  Not every customer wants the same thing, and the ability to meet our customer expectations may be constrained by practical and operational issues.  However, we regard these issues as challenges rather than permanent obstacles to meeting our customer needs.

 

The first stage in meeting needs is the understanding of those needs and, therefore, we have to obtain the views of our customers.
