Customer Involvement - Corporate

Glasgow City Council seeks to involve its stakeholders as we attempt to meet customer needs.

Since 1999, the Citizens' Panel has been used to investigate a range of diverse areas including service satisfaction, contact with and opinion on the role of councillors, neighbourhood satisfaction levels, and key priorities for the city.
