Development & Regeneration Services Customer Involvement
Customer involvement is an important element of the Service's approach to ensuring the provision of relevant services that help address the needs of communities, citizens, customers and other stakeholders.
Development & Related Services undertakes a variety of initiatives to obtain feedback from service users. Some examples of these initiatives include consultation through the Citizen's Panel, Best Value Service Reviews and consultation on specific areas such as the City Plan, Local Housing Strategy, Glasgow's Economic Strategy, Development Management and the White Cart Water Flood Alleviation Scheme.
In addition, the service encourages feedback through its comments, compliments and complaints procedures, and the inclusion of feedback forms in both published documents and electronic documents published on the Internet.
Development & Related Services values comments and we have put in place various methods to help you give us this valuable information.
