Direct and Care Services Customer Involvement
Direct and Care Services is responsive to the needs of our communities, citizens, customers and other stakeholders and this is reflected in our budget and service plan. Stakeholder consultation is a key element in ensuring that continuous improvement in service provision is achieved and maintained.
Through continued effective communication with key stakeholders, and by involving them in the decision-making process, we are able to identify our service priorities and any improvements that are required.
We want to hear the views of our customers and will continue to ensure that through effective feedback mechanisms, such as the comments, compliments and complaints procedure, we remain open, accessible and accountable.
