Financial Services' Customer Involvement
Financial Services is committed to developing its stakeholder involvement, both internally and externally.
Internally, there are regular core, local and special briefings to staff and customer views are sought when undertaking Best Value Service Reviews.
Externally, there is a wide customer base of Council Tax payers, Non domestic rate payers, Housing / Council Tax Benefit recipients, members of the Strathclyde Pension Fund and citizens eligible for the Electoral Register.
In aiming to provide accessible and accountable services and securing continuous improvement a robust performance management regime has been established and regular reports on customer service delivery performance are provided to management and included in the Budget and Service Plan and Annual Performance Reports.
