Land and Environmental Services Customer Involvement

Land and Environmental Services aims to encourage contact with customers and other users in order to improve service delivery.

We aim to take a democratic approach to involving our stakeholders and customers and to establish a two-way listening culture which will inform the future delivery of our services.
 
Land and Environmental Services carries out a range of research and consultation projects to establish the views of customers and stakeholders. The Council's Citizen's Panel also provides an opportunity to gauge the views of customers and residents on a range of services provided by Land and Environmental Services.
