APPLICATIONS FOR EMPLOYMENT
As you will be aware The Scottish Parliament Election and Referendum on the voting system for United Kingdom parliamentary elections will be held on Thursday 5 May 2011. In preparation of this Glasgow City Council is currently updating its election database and welcomes new applications for Count Staff. Those who were previously employed at the count for the UK Parliamentary Election do not require to submit an application as your details have been retained on our database.
The count for the Scottish Parliament Election will take place on the evening of Thursday 5 May 2011, whilst the count for the Referendum will take place on the afternoon/early evening of Friday 6 May 2011.
To apply, download an application form and return it to the Election Office, City Chambers, Glasgow, G2 1DU.
Alternatively, forms can be uplifted from Reception, 235 George Street, Glasgow.
