We have introduced a service wide Customer Charter , which outlines our core customer service commitments and explains what people can expect when they are in contact with us. In addition, we have also introduced specific Area Service Team Charter commitments within our Fieldwork services.  At present we have nine Area Service Teams serving the communities of Glasgow. 

Work will continue throughout 2005/06 to monitor our progress against the Charter Commitments and to consider other specific charter developments for different areas of service delivery, Children and Families, Criminal Justice and Community Care.
