Locality Approach

 

 

We are currently developing Locality Plans for each of Glasgow’s nine Area Social Work Services Teams. Each plan will detail the work of the team and outline the key local priorities for service improvement for the coming year.

The plans will be produced by local management teams and will enable us to:

  • plan services appropriate to local needs
  • monitor how effective our services are help us to improve them
  • keep service users and citizens informed about what we do and why
  • make best use of local information
  • help us to be more open, accessible and accountable
