Performance Reporting

 

Key functions of the Performance Reporting Team are:

  • Develop a SWS Information Portfolio
  • Establish and maintain service-wide and joint performance management frameworks
  • Analyse and investigate performance trends
  • Compile regular performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements for performance and statistical information
  • Contribute to the formulation of Strategic and Service Plans and develop subsequent performance management arrangements
  • Co-ordinate and develop internal communication arrangements within the Performance Team


Corporate, Service wide and joint performance reporting:

  • Social Work Services quarterly and Annual Performance Report 
  • Community Health and Care Partnerships (CHCP) Performance Reporting
  • Measure of Improved Performance (MIP's)
  • Purchased Services


Meeting external requirements for performance and statistical information:

  • Statutory Performance Indicators (SPI)
  • Scottish Government Statistical Returns
