Key functions of the Performance Reporting Team are:
- Develop a SWS Information Portfolio
- Establish and maintain service-wide and joint performance management frameworks
- Analyse and investigate performance trends
- Compile regular performance reports
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external requirements for performance and statistical information
- Contribute to the formulation of Strategic and Service Plans and develop subsequent performance management arrangements
- Co-ordinate and develop internal communication arrangements within the Performance Team
