Direct and Care Services has recently undertaken an Equality Impact Assessment on the provision of Home Care Services. An Equality Impact Assessment is a method which has been adopted by Glasgow City Council for assessing the effects or impacts a council service may have on equality groups, e.g. Black and ethnic minority people, disabled people, older people.
