Training Course - “Conflict – How to Handle it”

Glasgow City Council has produced a training video and DVD on how to handle violent and aggressive situations called “Conflict – how to handle it” .

This is a professionally made film depicting ‘real-life’ scenarios which front line staff might encounter out there in the street.

Fiona Bruce presents the video/DVD which consists of seven different, hard-hitting scenes showing how to handle difficult situations.
