Over the 5 years since 2000, Access Glasgow has become fully integrated within the City Council’s overall approach. Departments and their partners in other agencies are using technology to enhance their service provision and improve their efficiency.
The Access Glasgow programme is now a major strategic initiative with a core budget of £65m in spring 2006 and will continue to deliver benefits to the Council and its customers and clients using technology.
