e-Government Strategy

Our e-Government strategy "Creating a 21st Century City"
(1 Mb) sets out the Access Glasgow approach to employing technology to transform delivery of services. It also outlines our aim to bring the benefits of the developing Knowledge Economy to the citizens of Glasgow.   It is currently being revised, expected May 2010. 

Glasgow City Council's ICT Strategy was created on our behalf by ACCESS LLP our joint venture partner in ICT and Property service delivery. It underpins the above e-government strategy and provides key technical recommendations for the services provided to Glasgow City Council
