Job Description

You will be responsible for all administration relating to Benefits Appeals Section.  Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.  Experience in managing workloads to ensure that pre-set performance standards are met, meeting deadlines and a strong customer focus are essential.  A knowledge of Housing and Council Tax Benefit is preferable.
