All administration duties required in the provision of a Housing & Council Tax Benefit Service. Numeracy, literacy and IT skills are essential. Experience in managing workloads to ensure that pre-set performance standards are met, meeting deadlines and a strong customer focus are essential.  A knowledge of Housing and Council Tax Benefit is preferable.
